Rationale
 
This programme is intended for individuals across service industries who are responsible for providing basic customer service to a diverse range of local and foreign visitors. The programme is intended to enhance the overall customer service experience of clients and at the same time builds service capability across the service industries.

The content deals with good practice in customer service, achieving high levels of customer satisfaction, using effective customer retention and service recovery strategies. Learners who have successfully completed this programme will be an asset to any business.
 
Content: The required unit standards will be addressed i.e. Deal with the Arrival of Customers (US 7710; Level 3); Provide Customer Service (US 7789; Level 4); Introduce South Africa to tourists (US 8480; Level 4); Provide Customer Information and Book External Services (US 7703; Level 3); Relate diversity to customer service ( US 260178; Level 4)
Duration: 56 hours
